ICEB 2023 virtual meetings will be held by the University of Hong Kong using WEBEX conference software. Two program co-chairs are in charge of the Hong Kong and Taiwan web meeting sites. While the Hong Kong co-chair hosts the WEBEX meetings, Taiwan co-chair handles the WEBEX meetings locally in each physical meeting room. They will handle any technical issues with WEBEX software and channels, ensuring the meeting sessions start and end on time according to the program schedule. The program co-chairs are as follows.
